Dr. Arroyo is an entrepreneur, investor, speaker and author. He has served as a trusted advisor to the Singaporean government on AI strategy and policy. His entrepreneurial journey has been dedicated to building and scaling Neuro-Symbolic AI-powered ventures that not only shape the future but also drive lasting, positive change for humanity.
Sinuhe has made significant contributions to technology and business communities, including serving as the founding President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and as a board member of the European Chamber of Commerce. His roles in AI include leading SGTech’s AI & High Performance Computing Chapter, contributing to Singapore’s AI Roadmap, and serving on the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). He has also held various other positions in AI and technology associations, and statutory boards.
In addition to his entrepreneurial and advisory roles, Dr. Arroyo actively mentors and invests in technology startups. He is a sought-after speaker, a prolific author, and a judge at numerous entrepreneurial competitions.
Dr. Arroyo began teaching himself programming at the age of 10. He holds three patents, earned a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Innsbruck, as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
